The 4UM “Let’s Party” Video/Single Release Premiere

The 4UM ( Dope Da Vinci, KPZ, Al-In, and Gutta Grimm ), along with Last Laugh Records, would like to formally invite you to the premier of their first single and video off of the forthcoming Welcome2Tha4UM disc that will be released in Mid-November of 2012.

The track is entitled LETS PARTY and its leaves it up to the listener to do as they will to get their party on. Staggered verse to verse, each lyricist lays down 4 bars at a time to culminate in a picture painted perfect for how they get it in! A lead in 16 bars lays out what the party should be and what should be in “the haps”. Followed up by a verse making references to timeless party music of various flavors, more or less paying homage to what people vibe with at a bash. The finale serves as a response to those who stop partying too soon…because in reality, a party only stops when the last person leaves or passes out! KPZ’s vocal production is finely laid upon an immaculately crafted Native Keyz beat(s/o to Len Contreras). The song is, simply stated…A PARTY ANTHEM! Please, enjoy and indulge.

The video was shot by Jynkz and JJ Jetplane of UnBasik Film Group (586-298-4767), captured exactly as it was meant to be. We would like to thank those who were kind enough to share Al-In’s last night here in Michigan with us as we filmed the video in Shelby Township @ MattyP’sPlace (sole member of Sisterhood and founding member of SET). It was a blast!
The video/single will be premiered on Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, and at 5 p.m. (EST) on Friday, August 10, 2012. We appreciate the opportunity to bring real music and real concepts back to hip-hop, as a community and as an art form. All who support us in our drive, our personal lives, our life of past-present-and-future, our careers, and our well being….THANK YOU!

The Fantastic 4UM
